The Chéticamp River Salmon Association (CRSA) is a small, not-for-profit organization with a track record of community-based stewardship within the Chéticamp River watershed. The CRSA was created in 1981 with the mandate to enhance the salmon fishing experience on the Chéticamp River and other rivers in the area. With Atlantic salmon populations declining in recent decades, the Association, like many other Atlantic salmon organizations, has shifted its primary focus to that of a more conservation/habitat restoration organization.
